Sandro Perri - shimmering nature

Sandro Perri writes and records music for almost a decade. Under the moniker Polmo Polpo he did some electronic and ambient, before turning to a more folky driven sound and using his real name. Landscapes that seem to have no borders and experiences of nature are reflected in his work. It fits the picture, that this year he collaborated with singer/songwriter Christine Fellows and John K. Samson, lead-singer of The Weakerthans for a short film about Ontario’s Peninsula National Park.

2011 also saw the canadian born artist release a new album called “Impossible Spaces”. It draws inspiration from Psychedelic Pop, shimmering Sixties Folk and post-modern Indietronic. It combines acoustic guitars, mellow percussion and well arranged keyboards. Here is the beautiful clip for “Love And Light”.
