He co-founded Godspeed You! Black Emperor and Thee Silver Mt. Zion Memorial Orchestra and worked with or for a bunch of other interesting artists including Vic Chesnutt (R.I.P.). Recently Efrim Manuel Menuck released his first solo album on Constellation Records. With “High Gospel” Menuck combines soundscapes, post rock and noise with pure gospel and timeless Inspiration of blues and folk. An album you should listen to in the evening hours.
