Early Day Miners - back to the future
The Early Day Miners turn back to their origins and are releasing the new album on Western Vinyl, the same label that brought out their debut eleven years ago. Cutting their name to EDM is another aspect of the new attitude. Nevertheless it seems that the collective/band from Indiana just keeps on doing, what they do best: writing and recording beautiful Indie Pop songs that always show slight influences of Americana, Soul and Slowcore.
The new record “Night People” is the perfect soundtrack for an easy evening in the late summer. If you like Spoon, The Wrens or the early Wilco and haven’t heard of EDM yet, it’s time to find out.
